We understand that plans can change, and we're here to accommodate your needs. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations received more than 48 hours in advance of the start time of the tour will be eligible for a full refund.
• Guests cancelling with less than 48 hours notice can move their tour to a different date. No refund will be provided with less than 48 hours notice.
• Please note that “no shows” forfeit the full ticket price.
• Tours run “rain or shine” and will only be cancelled in the event of extreme weather. Cancellations made by Stratford Walking Tours are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
